Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Dover Guitar Teacher, we believe in keeping things clear, fair, and respectful — for both you and your instructor. Our policy helps ensure that everyone’s time is valued and lessons run smoothly.

🎸 Trial Lesson

All new students begin with a single paid trial lesson.
This gives you a no-pressure opportunity to see if the lessons suit your goals and learning style.

🔒 Weekly Lesson Booking

If you’d like to continue after the trial:

  • Your preferred weekly slot will be secured by paying for 4 lessons in advance.

  • This block must be paid before your second lesson to confirm ongoing bookings.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

To maintain a fair schedule for all students:

  • 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any lesson.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • If more than 48 hours’ notice is given, your lesson can be rescheduled or credited.

📩 If I Need to Cancel

In the rare case I need to cancel a lesson, I’ll always offer you either:

  • A full refund for the missed lesson, or

  • A rescheduled lesson at a time that works for you.
